Bourdeau is Head of the parasitology, mycology and dermatology department of the National Veterinary College of Nantes, in France. Prof. Patrick Bourdeau is also a revered lecturer, with a special interest in vector borne diseases and especially leishmaniasis. Prof. Patrick Bourdeau is an active member of Leishvet.
